If there is one thing we can learn from taking psychedelics, it is that we are all connected, we are all one. Right now we are experiencing a personal and global shift in consciousness.

It is important that we reach out, and take care of ourselves and one another at this time.
We need to remain focused and sharp and not give in to fear and panic.
A couple reminders:
Right now we are in it. And this will pass.
You don’t need to watch the news every minute of the day. Keep up to date on the news and follow the recommended protective measures. But don’t fill your mind with junk food. Watching the news 24/7, or binge-watching movies filled with violence, killing and death are only going to increase your fear and panic.
What you read, what you listen to for music, what you watch on TV will influence your overall mood and vibration.
Choose wisely!
Social distancing is NOT social isolation. So check in on family, friends, and loved ones daily by phone, text, or video conference calls.
Life goes on. Make sure you are getting enough sleep and eating healthy. Move your body with exercise as much as you can. Simple yoga stretching or sitting in meditation will benefit both your mood and body.
If possible, get out in nature. Listen to the birds singing. Read a book on spirituality or poetry. Be creative with art, drawing and painting. Write in a journal. Get that house project done.
Strengthen your immune system with anti-viral supplements such as zinc, lysine, cat’s claw or lemon balm. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that boosts the immune system.
